As youngest brother Bobby turns 16, everyone returns home to celebrate-and to finally find out how their parents' money will be divided.

Andrea is hoping for more than her fair share. Dennis (make that The Dennis) just needs enough to keep the anarchists at bay (don't ask). And nothing would please Bobby more than just to impress Liz, the new girl in school.
